Located on a quiet street in Coburg North that pretty much backs onto the Merri Creek near Coburg Lake, this is a great share house!

What's offered: plenty of communal space, large bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a spare room for guests, great undercover outdoor area and more.

The kitchen is a dream and the house is mostly furnished the house aside from the bedrooms - but am totally open to additions/improvements if you have stuff you want to bring!

It's close to most things you need: Woolies and IGA, Pentridge, Coburg Olympic Pool, Peston Markets + heaps of other stuff nearby. There's also plenty of public transport options.

Bills are split evenly and pretty reasonable. Move in date can be flexible (around June 10)

About the occupants
You'll be sharing the house with Charlie, me (Carly) and my dog, Buddy. I'm originally from Canada and work in Marketing full-time from home. I'm usually more quiet during the week and out and about on weekends. Charlie is moving over from Newcastle to begin work in carpentry. We're both really friendly and social, but respect other's privacy.

Description of pets
Buddy is a rescue Lab who is a bit of a menace when you first meet him but unbelievably loveable once he warms up to you. He’s fearful of people due to past owners but can usually be won over easily with snacks.
