Description of the home

Really great 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a quiet street in West Footscray. Quiet street right between WeFo and Footscray main strips. Cafes and an IGA within walking distance. 3 min walk to 216 and 220 buses into the city, 10 min walk to WeFo station.

Floorboards in the common spaces, lots of natural light, great kitchen (2 ovens!?) and lush backyard space. Owners have a gardener come roughly once a month to keep all the edible goodies healthy, but we do need to mow and do a bit of upkeep in between. Garage and on-street permit parking readily available. Other bits and bobs include A/C and heating in the main living area, washing machine (no dryer), dishwasher, outdoor fire pit, Sonos and Chomecast inside and out, ceiling heaters under the patio...

Fully furnished (except your room), but super keen to get rid of/move things to accommodate you and your style. Third bedroom is currently my WFH office, but depending on you we can make it a shared workspace, spare bedroom, or something else entirely!

Accessibility-wise, there are no stairs but a few small steps front and back. Hit me up if you'd like to know anything more specific (door frame widths, bathroom vibes, etc.)
