A single room is available in a beautiful and sunny 2 bed apartment in a quiet street, 10 min walk to the beach. 2 min walk to the bus stop, balcony with park views and really lovely and quiet neighbourhood.
The apartment is full of windows, plants, nice decoration and a really cozy vibe.
The room available has a double bed, a big built in wardrobe, a chair (temporary), bed side table, lamp, hooks and a washing basket.
You'll have a fully equiped house and a lovely energy and surroundings :)
You'll be living with a very nice and chill woman in her early 30s, very clean, organised and polite. I love my quiet time at home, and love things organised, in their place and a clean house.
This is not a party house!

$500 a week with all bills included: electricity, gas, internet and cleaner every 5 weeks. House cleaning products, tollet paper, paper towels, water filter etc will be charged separately when I buy them.
